
A delicious rice from Italy. Perfect for creamy risottos or can be used in paella.
Directions for use: Fry off vegetable ingredients and then add the rice to the pan. After 2 minutes, when ends of rice are translucent - begin to add water or (preferable) stock mix one ladle at a time. Add gradually - boiling off, until rice is creamy and cooked, then mix in cheese/herbs etc at the end.
