Houmous Mix - Organic | Vegan | Gluten-Free | High Fibre | High Protein
Make a hearty batch of rich, creamy houmous. Perfect as part of a Mediterranean mezze, served with falafels or as a dip alongside crunchy vegetable sticks.
Directions : To make 6 servings you will need 1 tbsp of olive oil and the juice of 1/2 a lemon.
1.) Put 125g of houmous mix into a bowl, add 180ml of boiling water and stir briskly until the mixture is smooth.
2.) Mix in juice of half a lemon and 1tbsp of olive oil.
3.) When cool, cover and leave in the fridge. Serve with a light sprinkling of paprika and some chopped fresh coriander if desired.
