Paprika is ground from a mix of peppers, native to South America. Varies from mild to hot and in colour from brown to scarlet.
Use at start of cooking. Add generously to soups, salad dressings, sauces or dips e.g. mayonnaise. A colourful topping for potatoes, add raw as garnish on salads, dips or cooked food.
Choose from standard paprika or smoked paprika.
Smoked Paprika (Pimenton Ahumado) is the highest quality paprika and has a distinctive aroma as it's dried by smoking,typically with oak.
